Bad Weather Cancellation Policy
We have a very simple customer friendly bad weather cancellation policy.
If you think the weather might not hold out and you do not have an indoor location for backup you can cancel 6hrs (or greater) before the scheduled delivery time for no charge.
If you cancel between 6hrs and the scheduled delivery time then we charge the delivery fee.
If we start setting up – then you pay the full amount.
Just call or email the cancellation – but make sure you get confirmation from us on the cancellation.
